The AIM :
The aim of the "7 Steps to Motivate Yourself" Session is to help students channel anger and disappointments into inner motivations
Students learn to :

- Discover the mental and emotional characteristics to succeed in their school certificate
- Be prepared for the transition into senior school and the HSC
- Learn life skills to prepare them for life after high school
- Practice and apply strategies and techniques to access internal motivation
- Apply emotion management techniques that will help ease exam anxiety, cope with the ups and downs of life at home and with peers
Students will benefit by :
- Applying clear and specific strategies to create motivation
- Overcoming procrastination
