The AIM :

The aim of the "7 Steps to Motivate Yourself" Session is to help students channel anger and disappointments into inner motivations


Students learn to :
you can learn!
  • Discover the mental and emotional characteristics to succeed in their school certificate
  • Be prepared for the transition into senior school and the HSC
  • Learn life skills to prepare them for life after high school
  • Practice and apply strategies and techniques to access internal motivation
  • Apply emotion management techniques that will help ease exam anxiety, cope with the ups and downs of life at home and with peers


Students will benefit by :
  • Applying clear and specific strategies to create motivation
  • Overcoming procrastination
