Testimonial

“Rocky’s inspiring programs for senior students motivate and inspire them to achieve more of their potential. Students relate easily to Rocky’s very friendly and personable manner and find his presentations engaging and fun because he tells it “like it is”. More importantly, he will teach them cutting-edge practical skills for managing their emotions, and for setting and achieving their goals. They will leave empowered to achieve more in their studies and life. Highly recommended.”

NEW STRESS MANAGEMENT SESSION FOR STUDENTS, PARENTS & TEACHERS

As a teacher, pastoral care Coordinator and currently school counsellor in private practice I (as I'm sure you) have worked with students, parents and teachers who have found it difficult to perform at their best because, "Stress, frustration, anger, fear - all can overwhelm the brain with hormones and thought patterns that totally shut down one's ability to learn (and perform)." Charlotte A. Redden, PhD

The Solution! Our unique and experiential 60 - minute workshop provides your student's, parents & teachers with the latest developments and techniques in Emotion Management

The session presents 3 simple, powerful and effective stress management techniques:

1. Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is an acupressure technique that creates relaxation and calm in minutes!

2. Changing Negative self-talk (thoughts) by challenging the thought with 4 simple (Cognitive Behaviour Questions)

3. Mental & Body relaxation using simple self-hypnosis techniques

How does it work - the options:

  • Student, parent & teacher evening - all 3 groups learn and benefit from the experience and techniques (Cost for option A $660 including GST)
  • Student session (a 60 minute session in school hours for either Yr 10, 11 or 12 students) Cost for Option B ($7.70 per student including GST $6.60 per student for groups over 100)

How can you be sure the "Emotion Management" workshop will be of value?
