Pricing Information

(All prices below include GST and are in Australian dollars. 
Note: These prices will be changing in 2014.) 

Student Sessions in Sydney:

- $6.60 per student per 1 hr session (some senior sessions will run to 1.5 hours), minimum charge of 100 students. If you have less than 100 students the price is a flat rate of $660. 

Human Connections availability for schools outside the Sydney Metropolitan area is decided on a case by case basis. If the travel time is greater than one hour from the city centre, additional travel costs may be applicable.

Human Connections with ELES joint presentations:

2 presenters attend and run a session (1.5-2 hours) with half of the group (usually Year 10,11 or 12) before recess then swap over for the second session before lunch: $19.80 per student (minimum charge 100 students). Usual cost for 2 presenters for 2 sessions would usually work out as $26.40 per student, therefore this day gives a discount of $6.60 per student. It is recommended that the school then run a school-based activity after lunch: eg team building, speakers from the school eg library, curriculum coordinators. 

If you wish to run the same program but without splitting the group (i.e. 1 presenter before recess with the whole group then the other presenter before lunch with the whole group), the cost is $13.20 per student (minimum charge 100 students).

Sessions outside of the Sydney area:

- The cost is $6.60 per student per session (incl. GST) for a minimum charge of 100 students.  Travel and accommodation costs may also be applicable.

- Once a year Human Connections runs sessions in Melbourne and Brisbane and offers these student sessions at a flat rate of $660. 

- 1.5-2 hour Parent/Student Evening $990.

- If a school wishes to run a session with each year group, a staff session and a Parent/Student Evening, package pricing is available.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations 3 weeks before the session cancellation charges do not apply.

If you then cancel between 3 weeks before the session up to a week before the session and do not book in an alternative date for later that year a third of the estimated session fee will be applicable.

For sessions cancelled (and not rescheduled for later that year) less than a week prior to the session, half of the estimated session fee is applicable.
