Human Connections' Online Wellbeing resource allows students, parents and teachers access at school or home to powerful, practical ideas and resources to manage stress, learn relaxation techniques develop resilience and enhance wellbeing.

So what is the online stress management course?

There are 15 modules. They are:

  • Time management
  • Self Image Beliefs
Each module consists of worksheets, audio downloads and a short video of 10-15 minutes and is approximately  3 hours in total.

How might you / your school / students use the Human Connections Online Stress Management Course? 
These were the most common responses from a teacher survey: 

  • By integrating it into PDHPE or other programs such as a mentor program
  • In small groups
  • At home
  • During pastoral care or year meeting times
  • With specific groups or single year cohorts
  • By completing the training personally or by recommending it to a parent or student.

This resource allows members of the school community 24-hour access at home or at school. Students, parents and teachers can refer to and revisit different topics and listen and relax to audio download

And with the Online Stress Management Course,  staff, students and parents in your school community have access to the most up to date, practical, evidence – based tools to manage their mental and emotional states.
Price – Annual subscription is $350 + GST for Australian schools. That’s the minimum fee for our student group sessions of 60-90 minutes.
